The ideal candidate is a self-motivated, multi-tasker, and demonstrated team player. You will be leading development projects responsible for developing new software products and enhancements to existing products. You should excel in working with production-level applications and frameworks and have outstanding communication and leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Writing clean, high-quality, high-performance, maintainable code
• Develop and support software, including applications, database integration, interfaces, and new functionality enhancements
• Coordinate cross-functionally to ensure the project meets business objectives and compliance standards
• Support test and deployment of new products and features
• Participate in code reviews

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
• 7+ years of relevant work experience
• Expertise in Object Oriented Design, Database Design, and XML Schema
• Experience in both Front-end and Back-end languages and frameworks with a focus such as Flutter, React Native, Django, Node.js, React.js, and others
• Experience with Agile or Scrum software development methodologies
• Ability to multi-task, organize, and prioritize work
• Business level English
• Be able to work and attend online meetings at regular working hours in the Asian timezone.

Preferred

• Experience in Infrastructure as Code
• Expertise in the use of AI in various fields
• Master's degree or PhD in Computer Science, AI, or a related field
• Business-level Japanese with an understanding of the complex nuance of client communication
